Since the relocation of the Trademark Section of the Iraqi Federation of Industries to its new premises at the Ministry of Industry in May 2005, the section’s activities were suspended and filing of trademark applications has ceased. The re-opening of the office is expected very soon (within the third quarter of September), therefore, we urge our clients to continue sending their instructions in order for us to have them ready for filing once the trademark office resumes its operation.
