The Egyptian Trademark Office has set new regulations for filing trademark applications. The first regulation stipulates that any new trademark application be accompanied by a Power of Attorney legalized up to the Egyptian Consulate. The second, gives a six month period for submitting the certified Certificate of Incorporation and the Certificate of the Priority Claim, failing to comply will result in the nullification of the application.
