Requirements

Applications For Patent, Utility Model, Design and Trademark:

1)    Name and address of the applicant(s),

2)    when claiming priority, the country, date and application number of the priority application,

3)    one single power of attorney for each individual client (not for each case) is required, but not necessary at

the time of filing.

4)    One set of application documents including description, claims and drawings (if necessary) in German language

(applications may be filed also in English or French, but must be translated into German within a time

limit of 3 months).
