Filing Requirements:

1.     Power of Attorney in Portuguese, due within 60 days of filing date.

2.     Certified copy of priority application, if claimed, due 180 days from the filing date.

3. Description report

5. Drawings

6. Summary

7. Transfer and assignment document, if not being filed by the inventor(s).

8.     Patents and Utility Models must refer to only one invention, or inter-related group of inventions, comprised by a sole invention concept.

1.      Power of attorney;

2.      Assignment or Authorization from inventor (if he is not the applicant);

3.      Complete data from applicant and from inventor, such as: complete name, marital status, profession, nationality and complete address;

4.      Complete report, claims, drawings, summary etc, of patent to be filed.;

5.      In case of claiming priority - certified copy of document.
