Required Documents and Information

1. Specifications and claims in Estonian. The translation of the specification into Estonian may be filed within 3 months from the filing date in Estonia.

2. Drawings: 1 set on white durable non-shining paper. Size 21x29.7 cm (A4) with an empty top and left margins 2.5 cm, right margin 2 cm and bottom margin 1.5 cm. No frame.

3. Power of Attorney (either simultaneously with the application or within 2 months from the filing date).

4. Priority documents (either simultaneously with the application or within 16 months from the date of priority)

5. Assignment of the invention, if the applicant in priority documents differs from the one, applying for the Certificate in Estonia

6. Information required:
1. Full name and address of each applicant and inventor.
2. If the inventor(s) is not the applicant(s), information to show the right of the applicant to apply for the utility model (e.g., as legal successor of the inventor(s), by virtue of contract of employment, or a contract other than contract of employment). The subject information is needed for preparing of the Declaration that can be made at our end.

Important:

 The terms mentioned in points 1, 3 and 4 cannot be extended. In case of lapse of the terms mentioned in points 1 and 4, the respective application is considered to be withdrawn. In the case of failure to keep the term mentioned in point 3, the priority applied for will not be accepted.
